NHS INFORM
NHS Inform, with the support of real life stories, tackles myths of living with Coeliac Disease, offers tips on reducing cross contamination with gluten in the home, tips on labelling and food shopping and highlights, considers how CD interacts with social life and more!
MIND MATTERS
If you are feeling low, anxious or stressed, Mind Matters can help. They’re a NHS provider offering free and confidential talking therapies to people aged 17+ registered with a GP. Their trained and accredited therapists will assess how best they can support you. they offer individual therapies, guided self-help online and group courses to help treat a wide range of mental health issues.

The cost of living has been challenging for many and the cost of gluten free food has been an added strain to those living with Coeliac Disease.

We all know that life can be tough and at times things can get on top of us too. If you feel that you are in crisis it is worth knowing how you can quickly access help day or night. Please find below some services that you can contact if you feel overwhelmed or unsafe. You might also want to think about who you have in your circle of friends or family that you can contact when you need extra support or comfort.
